Endless Meat and 3,000 Bottles of Wine

Boston's first Fogo de Chão opens for dinner tonight at 5pm at The Westin Copley Place in Copley Square. This is the Brazilian steakhouse chain's first foray into New England, and the new location features 320 seats and a wine cellar packed with 3,000 bottles. It's all part of an $8 million renovation to the building, including an overhaul of this former home of The Palm, which is said to be relocating. In other alcohol-related numbers, the restaurant will also serve as many as 12 variations of caipirinhas, plus its trademark parade of roasted meats.
