Boston Chops Enters Construction Photo Sharing Phase

The upcoming South End steakhouse Boston Chops has officially entered the posting construction photos on Facebook phase, which means approximately nothing in terms of guesstimating the restaurant's opening timeframe, but which does mean there's something fun to look at until then. The photos provide a sneak peek into the process of turning the space that was once Banq and Ginger Park into a new restaurant where, according to Facebook, "we like our meat bone-in." In a similar vein, a caption on the most recent photo reads "The erecting continues, bring on the steel!" Say, this steak house sounds naughty! Boston Chops comes from the Deuxave and dbar duo Chris Coombs and Brian Piccini and will feature cocktails, a raw bar, and "a focus on underutilized cuts."
