Bronwyn to Open by December With Full Liquor License

One of Boston's most anticipated restaurant openings is just weeks away now that Bronwyn has shared an opening timeframe: December. That news comes via the T.W. Food website, which also says that Bronwyn will have a full liquor license. This being November, the month before December, that means Bronwyn plans to open at some point between twelve and forty-two days from now. So, start your stopwatches. Here's what is known about Bronwyn thus far: it is a joint project of Bronwyn and Tim Wiechmann of the intimate Cambridge smash hit T.W. Food, it will serve Eastern European cuisine, there will be pasta, there will be sausage, and it's all happening in Union Square in what was once Ronnarong Thai Tapas Bar.
