Tile Installation and More Rebuilding at Prezza

Since July's fire, Prezza has been steadily rebuilding, renovating, and racking up the appropriate permits that will allow it to re-open. The restaurant has been sharing photos of the progress on Facebook, and the most recent estimate indicates that they're shooting for an early December re-opening. Tiles were installed in the kitchen yesterday, making way for the installation of equipment, and plumbing and electrical inspections took place last week. Originally, the restaurant only intended to be closed for "several weeks" after the fire, which caused an estimated $350,000 worth of smoke and water damage, but the timeline for renovations quickly crept forward into the fall and then winter.
