Abby Lane Joins The Theater District Monday

Handsome Theater District newcomer Abby Lane will open on Monday, says a representative for the restaurant. Hell's Kitchen alum and Blue Inc. chef Jason Santos will serve as executive chef in the 200-seat, two-story restaurant,
which will serve comfortish food along the lines of cast iron mac and cheese with truffle cream, a lobster roll, and pizza. Santos previously described the concept as "super fun, American, really crazy" but later amended his statement via Facebook, writing "crazy? not so much." Grub Street reports that Abby Lane will soft-open sometime this week.
