The owner of Pomodoro's Italian Kitchen in West Roxbury has been charged with biting someone while at the restaurant. The West Roxbury Patch reports that the police responded to call on October 22 and then arrested and charged Pomodoro's owner Francisca Alves Deaquino with assault and battery. Says the Patch: "At some point during the altercation, the suspect, the owner of Pomodoro's Restaurant, allegedly bit the victim, after she tried to grab his phone from him." The restaurant's website says that Pomodoro's Italian Kitchen "has always given the people of West Roxbury quality food, fast delivery, and great customer service." Apparently that doesn't apply to the victim, who was from Newton.
