When the dust settles after a whopping $1.6 billion in development for the new Quincy Center, there's going to be some new restaurants. The real estate publication Bisnow says that an area of the new center called Merchants Row will include "a $115M, two-building complex with 306 residential units and 30k SF of ground-floor retail." What kind of retail? "Mostly restaurants." That could make for a whole lot of restaurants, and just seven Red Line stops away from South Station.
