Estelle's, a new restaurant and bar headed for the South End, has shared an update regarding its opening timeframe. Estelle's is owned by the seven bacon-strong chef Brian Poe of Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake and the Tip Tap Room and will have East Coast Grill alum Eric Gburski serving as executive chef. A hashtag hint via Twitter previously suggested that Estelle's will serve Southern food, and now a representative for the restaurant says that the latest Estelle's would open is December of this year.
