Tres Gatos, Boston's only tapas bar/book/music store, has just announced that it will debut weekend brunch starting this very weekend. Brunch will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 2pm and will feature a combination of traditional tapas and American breakfast dishes, as in chickpea pancakes with maple syrup, figs, and Marcona almonds or eggs benedict with smoked duck breast and an orange hollandaise. In the drinks department, expect cocktails like the Ginger Tabby (cava, tamarind, ginger, Oloroso). See below for the full new brunch menu.
