SOUTH END - The Pine Street Inn, a resource center for homeless individuals, is moving into the corporate catering business. Frank Van Overbeeke, who was once the executive chef at Bouchee on Newbury Street, heads the kitchen and hopes to use the catering gigs to support the Inn's food service job-training program. [BG]
