Chef Daniel Bojorquez of Sel De La Terre in Natick and the Food Network's Chopped has signed a lease for his upcoming Somerville restaurant La Brasa. The address: 130 Broadway, reports East Somerville Main Streets. The space he had been looking at, just a few doors down, is now being eyed by Redbones, which has a location in Davis, a truck, bike delivery, and the Redbones Rib Shack in Kendall, which is closed until spring. Redbones has long been a staple of Davis Square and is considered to be some of the best BBQ in the area, and what with the new 'cue boom it would only make sense to see the restaurant saturate Somerville like pot likker on cornbread.
