A new era of coffee connoisseurship continues to dawn in Boston with the upcoming dwelltime coffeebar and bakeshop, which tells DigBoston it will be opening in Cambridge next month. The new shop is part of the latest wave that roast locally, source responsibly, and serve pour-over: other recent additions to the scene include Barrington Coffee in Fort Point and Bourbon Coffee in Porter Sq. The Dig reports that dwelltime will also be using a prototype of the Luminaire Bravo-1 water delivery system, a La MarzoccoStrada EP for espresso, and the Hario Woodneck and the bulbous, mad scientist-like Yama coffee siphon for special pours. Dwelltime will hold an industry event tonight and will officially open to the public next month.
