Stella Chef Evan Deluty May Go Burger

Chef Evan Deluty of Stella, aka the Sausage King, is considering getting into the burger biz. A recent Globe feature asked local chefs to predict 2012 restaurant trends, and Deluty said that after "the Latin train ran through Boston last year... this whole burger thing is going to be exploding." He cites Five Guys, 5 Napkin, Wahlburger, Burger Dive and news of Grass Fed, a burger bar coming to JP courtesy of Ten Tables' Krista Kranyak. As Boston Restaurant Talk points out, Deluty then drops this teaser: "I'm looking at potentially doing a burger place."
