Market at the W Hotel has announced a new tasting menu in honor of the upcoming start of the Year of the Water Dragon on January 23rd. Of course to mark the Chinese new year, the restaurant, part of Jean-Georges Vongerichten's international collection, is upping its Chineseness. The new tasting menu includes dishes such as peekytoe crab dumplings, Meyer lemon and celeriac tea, Jean-Georges' signature slow-cooked salmon with cherry tomatoes, crispy rice, and miso-yuzu broth and condensed milk ice cream for dessert.
