CAMBRIDGE - Julia Child's recreated Cambridge home kitchen at the National Museum of American History is being dismantled. The exhibit, called "Bon Appétit!" will close on January 8th, but the kitchen will live on elsewhere in the museum starting next year. [Official Site]
