LeanWorks Healthy Fast Food to Open in West Roxbury

West Roxbury is about to get a new eatery called Leanworks that promises to remedy the disparity between healthy and fast food. The restaurant is slated to move into the Shaw's Plaza on Spring Street and plans to open by March of 2012. All menu items fall within a calorie limit of 490, which is to 500 calories what $19.95 is to $20: a bargain! For photos of demolition and construction, see Facebook.
