Plonkapalooza, the Globe's annual good, cheap wine report came out today. Equipped with ham sandwich chasers, Boston winexperts from Central Bottle Wine + Provisions, Lumiere, the Blue Room and Meritage evaluated reds and whites that cut the mustard and fall under $12. Of the fifty that made the list, two reds from Abruzzo received perfect scores across the panel and the top white is a Reisling from the Mosel region. If you're thinking about getting a bottle, you're not the only one, so act fast.
