Tiffani Faison's Sweet Cheeks Q Opening on 11/11/11

It's official: Tiffani Faison's Sweet Cheeks Q will be opening this Friday, on 11/11/11. Faison, who gained fame for her sass on Top Chef, has received a deluge of preview press for her latest venture, which will serve antibiotic and hormone- free beef smoked with oak and maple wood. The restaurant will have a rotating selection of three flavors of Fluff (invented in Somerville) and will be pouring corn whiskey and bourbon from Berkshire Mountain Distilleries in Western Mass. Decor includes repurposed sections of bowling alleys and church doors.
