Dishing, food blog for the Boston Globe, announced the annual return of Plonkapalooza, a list of 50 wines under $12 (that are also good). Globe wine writer Stephen Meuse leaked word of "a flight of German and Austrian wines that wowed." Plonkapalooza 2011 will debut in print on Wednesday and on-line tomorrow afternoon. [Dishing]
