The Herald has announced a new lineup of Boston food scene movers and (cocktail) shakers to post on Fork Lift, the paper's food blog. The new crew includes chef Lydia Shire of Scampo and Towne, Market mixologist Domingo-Martin Barreres and Legal Sea Foods CEO Roger Berkowitz.. Thus far Shire has posted about her love of raw scallops, Barreres shared a recipe for a Calvados sidecar and Berkowitz wrote a confessional about his relationship with ketchup. [Boston Herald]
