CAMBRIDGE - Central Square enoteca (wine shop + snackery) Central Bottle just tweeted that their new cheese tables have arrived. Presumably this means that their already extensive collection of local and imported cheeses will be expanding, or at least they'll be displayed more attractively. Among the shop's current top ten cheese list are the raw, Alpine style Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Uplands Cheese Co. in Dodgeville, WI and the raw, crusty, goaty Twig Farm Square from Twig Farm in West Cornwall, VT. Sound good? Imagine it on an awesome table![Official Site]
SOUTH END - In other news from the cheese Twitterverse, South End Formaggio just announced that their latest shipment has arrived. The delivery includes two "fresh" two-year-old Dutch Goudas, Olieman and Captein, and the five month old Rouveen, better known as "cream ball." [Official Site]
