Munch Ado About Nothing

The NCAA is petitioning the US Patent office and insisting that The Boston Globe change the name of its annual "Munch Madness" restaurant competition, which they think sounds too much like their college basketball tournament known as March Madness. Which of course was the whole idea. According to the Globe, the NCAA is concerned that the public would be confused about which event was which. Hint: the one with basketballs is the basketball one.
