Chowder caught up with super-chef David Chang before he spoke at Harvard's Science and Cooking series. Chang, who just opened Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney, talked of the vast culinary potential for making friends with bacteria. "This is where a lot of unknown flavors are going to be," Chang said.
