Clover Food Lab has released a new photo of its latest venture: a space in InmanSquare that will serve as the company's headquarters as well as a cafe. Clover reports that HUB may open as soon as this Saturday. Clover HUB will be the central point for the company's growing empire of cheap, tasty vegetarian food, which it sells via food truck fleet and at its Harvard Square restaurant. The new spot will also feature an event space and perhaps a CSA pick-up location for local farms.
