Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar, the reincarnation of Davis Square's distinctive Rosebud Diner, will open this coming Monday, September 15, reports Boston Magazine. Joe Cassinelli (of nearby Posto and The Painted Burro) is behind the project, along with John Delpha, a Mistral alum who also has a solid barbecue background.
The magazine shares a peek at the menu, which includes dishes like the "BBQ baconator meatloaf fatty," a summer peach salad (get it while you can), an Asian barbecue hog head (for two to four people), and chicken-fried catfish. Also: a ton of whiskey.
