In honor of Cocktail Week, bartenders around town are offering a special drink all week long, created as an homage to their cocktail mentors. Here's a list of all of the available drinks. Throughout the week, we'll be telling you a little bit more about each one.

At Russell House Tavern, bar manager Sam Gabrielli is offering The Homans ($10) as an homage to his bartending mentor, Alex Homans: 2 ounces Batavia Arrack, 0.5 ounce Blueberry Balsamic Shrub, and 0.5 ounce lime juice, shaken with ice and strained into a chilled glass prepared with mezcal (Vida).
"I was mentored by Alex Homans (formerly of Russell House Tavern, Temple Bar and most recently Backbar) when I was at Temple Bar," said Gabrielli. "I would not be where I am today without him. He is one of the most dedicated, hospitable and overall best bartenders in the city. Alex has a notoriously dry palate and turned me onto savory aspects of cocktails, even with citrus. The shrub and mezcal enhance the dry, rum-like Batavia Arrack, creating a delicious cocktail."
