After five months in business, Grass Fed has finally obtained a license to offer take-out, according to a post from their Twitter account. The small JP burger joint has extremely limited seating and lacks its own bathroom (you apparently need to exit and go into neighboring Ten Tables), so the cramped ambiance has been a turn-off to some diners. According to a Craigslist posting, they're looking to bring on some new line cooks to keep up with the "steadily increasing volume of business" that offering take-out will likely amplify. But will the availability of take-out decrease the amount of people willing to brave the cramped space to dine in? Probably not. Two words: adult milkshakes.
